Conditions: The hotel requires a deposit of 25% of the total reservation or a night (except long weekend, Easter and form July 1 to August 31, it will be 30%), as a guarantee of the same, to be charged to the credit card. Cancellation Policy • If you cancel your stay more than 7 days before arrival date (excepto long weekend, Easer and from July 1 to August 31, more than 15 days before arrival date), the deposit will be refunded. • If you cancel within less than 7 days before the date of arrival (except long weekend, Easter and from July 1 to August 31, less than 15 days before), the deposit will not be returned. • In case of cancellation of booking 1 day before arrival, no show or cancellation during the stay, the entire stay engaged, except long weekend, Easter and from July 1 to August 31 will be for cancellations will be charged 7 days before arrival • in case of booking a rate in which you specify which is not refundable, the amount will not be refundable in case of cancellation.
